Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of InfoAge PrimeLink Solution ("Company," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Nature of Services

Immigration Consulting

InfoAge PrimeLink Solution provides immigration consulting services, NOT legal representation. We are immigration consultants, not attorneys. Our services include:

• Case assessment and eligibility evaluation
• Document preparation and review
• Form completion assistance
• Interview coaching and preparation
• Application filing guidance

Translation Services

We provide certified document translation services for immigration purposes.

No Guarantee of Results

WE DO NOT AND CANNOT GUARANTEE VISA APPROVAL OR ANY SPECIFIC IMMIGRATION OUTCOME.

All visa and immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities (USCIS, embassies, IRCC, etc.). We do not represent any government agency and have no influence over their decisions. Our role is to help you prepare the strongest possible application, but the final decision rests with the adjudicating officers.

Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
• Disclose all relevant facts about your immigration history
• Submit authentic documents only
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Pay all fees as agreed
• Attend scheduled appointments and interviews

Fees and Payment

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. Current fees are listed on our Pricing page.

Service Fees

Full service fees for case filing are outlined in individual service agreements. Payment terms and refund policies vary by service and will be specified in your service contract.

Government Fees

Government filing fees (USCIS, embassy fees, etc.) are separate from our service fees and are non-refundable regardless of case outcome.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Your personal data and documents will only be shared as necessary to process your case or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfoAge PrimeLink Solution shall not be liable for:

• Visa denials or unfavorable immigration decisions
• Delays in government processing
• Changes in immigration laws or policies
• Losses arising from information provided by the client
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of InfoAge PrimeLink Solution and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for services already rendered. Original documents will be returned to you.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Binding arbitration under Kenyan law if mediation fails

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Nairobi, Kenya.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
